Your historical, large touristy hotel with wonderful staff + The staff is absolutely fantastic and accommodating. The venue is also giant. I stayed in two different rooms at this property, the first was the economical room option, the other was a suite. The economical room option was wonderful. Perfect size, comfortable bathroom, a fan, balcony, everything. The suite was not so pleasant. It was very far away from everything, it only had one lamp and one balcony chair, despite the enormity of the room and balcony. It felt like no one ever used it so it wasn’t really prepared for people to stay in it. The entertainment in the local restaurant was fantastic. − The food is Ok, nothing great.

The best experience we got was the first impression of service that Shamim gave us when we arrived very late the first e + The whole area is very big and it does not feel like all other typical hotels with the long corridors with doors every 3-5 meter. The breakfast restaurant gives you a nice view over the beautiful pool, and a pretty decent variety of food and beverages to choose from. Favorites where the mandazi and fruits. The staff at the reception also did a great job, they where always helping out in every way they could. − We stayed there at two different occasions during out time in Kenya. The first room did not have cold water by the zink or the bidet, but we did not need it so it was not a problem, but it kind of should be there one would think. The second room had power outlets with no power in them. Also not something we where missing, but of course there should be power in all the sockets in the room.
