Outdated, overpriced hotel. Not even close to 5 stars + Great location on the cliff, could be outstanding but isnt' − The hotel itself is a run-down 4-star property at best, with uncomfortable beds, outdated furniture and appliances, and pool loungers in plastic that are just straight uncomfortable. No attention to detail, e.g. dried out plants in a lot of flower pots. The food is average at best. Clearly a rip-off benefiting from an amazing location. In the current state there is pretty much nothing 5 star about this property, would need a multi-million dollar renovation first. Avoid.

A superb 5 star hotel that exceeded expectations and delivered value for money. + Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. − We were happy with all aspects of our stay. Whilst the hotel's location, views, pool and food were all excellent it is the hotel's staff that deserve a special mention. They were friendly and engaging whilst remaining professional.

+ L'emplacement, la vue irréelle, la piscine, la végétation autour de la piscine, le balcon de la chambre avec vue de face, la propreté impeccable, l'extrême amabilité et efficacité du personnel. − Pas de smart tv, les télés sont d'ancienne génération, une prise pour le chargeur du téléphone à côté du lit aurait été appréciée. À leur décharge il y a une prise usb mais qui prend en compte l'ancienne génération de téléphone.

Best way to visit Capri + Pick up from and delivery to ferry made Capri a breeze. View was amazing. Service was top notch. Short 5 minute walk to Anacapri. Hotel coordinates taxis to/from anything you need. Bed extremely comfortable.

+ The staff were very friendly, and the hotel transfers were great. − We were unable to have dinner due to a wedding taking place at the hotel; given the price we paid, we should have been able to dine wherever and whenever we wanted. This reflects poorly on the hotel. The poolside service was inadequate, and the pool's closing time was very early.

Fantástico…um clássico mundial + A localização é o visual são impressionantes..as fogos não conseguem dimensionar a beleza do local. O hotel tem uma área gigantesca, fica num penhasco e a piscina é uma das melhores do mundo! A cozinha é fenomenal e o restaurante tem uma querida de impressionante..tudo é fresco e produzido ali mesmo no hotel − Melhorar a qualidade do menu a lá carte do café da manhã

Great authentic Hotel, pool area and views are the best. . + Location was good, pool is amazing. Staff are very friendly. − It was a bit old style …television needed upgrading : mini bar again was outdated. Bed could have been bigger. Also the toiletries could have been better branded.
