We enjoyed our stay at c-hotels Diplomat, and would consider staying there again! + It was such a short walk from the train station and no more than a 15-20 minute walk from all major sites and attractions, as well as the bus station if you plan any excursions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included in our stay, and included an assorted variety of hot and cold foods. − It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that deter you from staying there.

Muy buena experiencia! + El personal fue muy amable, tanto en recepción como en la zona de restaurante Giulia hizo la diferencia en el servicio del restaurante, siempre atenta y con gran empatía para hacer que la experiencia fuera espectacular. El menú de desayuno fue delicioso y con varias opciones. La ubicación es fabulosa ! − Todo bien !

Bellissimo + Vous avez plusieurs parkings à proximité c’est à dire dans la même rue à quelques mètres(parkings Stazione). L’hôtel est très bien, mention pour le bar à 18h vous avez l’Aperitivo avec des petits stuzzichini super 👍 Musique sympa, me centre est à 1km à pied, après cela dépend où vous allez mais c est très pratique. − Une certaine population à l’extérieur qui n’est plus là le soir heureusement.

+ What an incredible welcome to Florence! As a solo traveler, arriving at c-hotels Diplomat was the perfect start to my trip. The staff immediately made me feel at home with a complimentary welcome drink at the bar and a beautiful, thoughtful handwritten note from management in my room. The hospitality here is outstanding, and the location right next to the tram and station is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location & excellent hotel + The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Even though we wanted to check in early, they were able to accommodate our request. The hotel’s location is fantastic—right across from the train station. (There’s a Five Guys right across the street and a restaurant nearby that serves delicious pizza.) It’s very easy to walk to downtown. When I walked into the room, a very sweet note was waiting for us—we really appreciated it. The room was spotless and very spacious. Since we visited during very hot weather, the air conditioning was a real lifesaver. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—I wasn’t expecting so many options. Everything we tasted was delicious. You can choose this hotel in Florence with complete confidence. Enjoy! − -

Nice hotel, great location. Love the history of the city. + Nice hotel, great location. Love the history of the city. The room was lovely, the staff were great. Normal corridor, and normal facade exterior. Next to a more premium hotel owned by the same chain. Nice bar downstairs with friendly staff and nice food samples. Found the recycling was opposite across the road which was useful. Decent breakfast. Very nice room decor. − The hotel is nice and maintains it's italian vibe which is nice. Although some worrying crowds in central florence at night outside, sometimes groups of almost 100 men just sitting there who I believe have just arrived in Italy.
