+ De bedden en de ontvangstceremonie − Zwaar overrated. Zodra de poppenkast over is blijft het volgende over: veel herrie in de kamer van de kamers ernaast en erboven. Restaurants die de capaciteit van gasten totaal niet aankunnen waardoor je voortdurend ergens in de stad moet gaan eten. Ontbijt altijd vol. 30 minuten wachten op je koffie en 6 keer herhalen. Klachten worden gewoon weggelachen. Zwembad ook zeer matig. Echt de prijs niet waard. Veel bedelaars rondom hotel. Blijven je lastigvallen. Niemand die helpt

ما اقدر انساها من جمالها + الفندق جميل جدًا وفخم، وأكثر ما أعجبني هو جمال القصر وتفاصيله التاريخية الرائعة، فالإقامة فيه كانت تجربة مميزة بحد ذاتها. كما أن مستوى الخدمة كان ممتازًا، والموظفون متعاونون جدًا وودودون، ويحرصون على مساعدة النزلاء وتلبية احتياجاتهم بكل اهتمام واحترافية. أخص بالذكر الخدمة داخل القصر، حيث كان التعامل راقيًا جدًا والاهتمام بالتفاصيل واضحًا في كل شيء. شعرنا بالترحيب والاهتمام طوال فترة إقامتنا، وكانت تجربة جميلة ومريحة أتمنى تكرارها مرة أخر − ولاشي كل شي جميل !

It’s a heritage hotel with lot of history, it’s one of those bucket list things. stay is worth + Location, architecture and aroma − Common area/lobby was understandably very crowded
