מלון נפלא + המיקום מצויין מרכזי ושקט היה לי מאד נוח כי הייתי צריך קרבה לאזור טדי והארנה אני במיוחד רוצה לשבח את הצוות ובייחוד בחורה בקהלה בשם שירין SHIRIN היא מקצועית שירותית ואיכפתית. הסתבר לי שטעיתי בתאריך והזמנתי בפועל יום לפני המועד שהגעתי בפועל. ברגע שהבינה שמדובר בטעות בתום לב היא לא הפסיקה לטפל. בנושא עד שהצליחה להשיג אישור ולתת לי חדר לתאריך הנכון וללא כל חיוב נוסף. תודה רבה שירין ובכלל לצוות שהתרשמתי מאד מהאיכפתיות ורמת השרות במלון − כלום הכל באמת היה נפלא

+ הצוות אדיב וסבלני, המלון מבריק והחדרים נראים טוב מאד. − שיש במלון שתי מעליות כששתיהן היו מעלית שבת.

the value for money wasn't great + the room was nice, the swimming pool was great − the breakfast was not good, the food was ok but they were lines to everything - we waited ten minutes for a table, then 15 minutes in line for coffee, then 10 minutes for an omelet, it was very annoying there wasn't enough parking in the hotel. all and all

מאוד נהנינו אני ימליץ על המלון + מקום נקי שרות טוב יחס אישי מי הרגע שהגענו קיבלו אותנו בקבלה מצוין שרות טוב מי כל צוות המלון − לא היה הפשרות בבוקר להגיע לעמדת הקפה היה תור מאוד הרוך והנציגה לא ידעה להישתלט על התור חבל שהיתה רק עמדה אחת של קפה פעילה בחדר אוכל לא שתיתי קפה בסופו של דבר
