Terrible customer service + A shocking experience — missing dresses after checkout I stayed at the Cassia Hotel in Jerusalem for a family celebration. The slow and unfriendly service was disappointing, but I was there to celebrate with my family, so I chose not to let it ruin the occasion. What happened after checkout, however, is completely unacceptable. I accidentally left two dresses hanging in the closet in my room. As soon as I realized, I called the hotel. I was told they would check and that I should call back. When I did, I was told there was nothing there. I then had a friend call the hotel and go there in person to check, and I was still told that the dresses could not be found. Two dresses were left hanging in the closet. They didn't simply vanish. Given the circumstances and the hotel's inability—or unwillingness—to account for them, I am extremely concerned about what happened to my belongings after I checked out. באוגוסט - לא מתאים לזוגות. + מיקום, חדרים מרווחים ומחודשים − בריכה קטנה מאוד, ללא פתרון נפרד לילדים. חלק מהמלצרים לא דוברי עברית. הפסקת חשמל שעתיים - לא הופעל גנרטור.

Séjourne agréable, personnel pas toujours agréable, prix élevés repas de chabbath et petit dejeune + L’hôtel est propre et bien situé − Le personnel Le service est moyen Nous avons séjourné deux fois en cet hôtel en 10 jours Les deux fois il n’y a avait pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche Ça semble être un détail mais cela montre avec quel niveau sont faites les chambres Par ailleurs les prix des repas de chabbath sont exorbitants Et semble être un peu à la tête du client …..

Hôtel pour visiteur occasionnel cherchant l’emplacement. + Situation géographique. − Rapport qualité prix déplorable, chambre très petite et mal insonorisée vu le trafic routier israélien. Piscine très petite, les photos du site sont très trompeuses.

We will not come back + The location is great. − It is very noise, full of families with not educated kids, the pool is not an option there is basically not space for so many families and kids, there is an important lack of maintenance and cleaning in the pool area. We booked the more expensive room with balcony and to be honest it is not nice, I attach the pic.

שירות מושלם, אווירה טובה ונעימה ובהחלט מכים לפעם הבאה :) + הופתענו לטובה, רמת שירות גבוה מאוד, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, צוות שמסתובב כל הזמן ועונה לדרישות האורחים כך אנחנו חווינו בכל אופן, המלון שודרג ומאוד נאה בעיננו, מיקום מצויין בירושלים, מחכים לפעם הבאה, נהננו מאוד מהצ׳ק אין ועד לצ׳ק אווט − האזור שבסביבת הבריכה ז(לא הבריכה ) האזור מתחת חושבת שזה מקום מבוזבז אפ פוטנציאל וקצת מוזנח

− הגענו למלון לבלות את ליל הכלולות שלנו, ולמרבה הצער החוויה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ביחס לציפיות. כשהגענו, הצוות כמעט ולא התייחס אלינו, למרות שכולם סביבנו בירכו אותנו - ואשתי הייתה מותשת מאוד מהיום. קיבלנו את החדר באיחור של 45 דקות בדיוק, וללא כל התנצלות. בנוסף, לא הייתה מים קרים בחדר. הצוות היה לא נעים באופן כללי, גם באזור הבריכה. הזמנו אוכל בבריכה עבורי ועבור אשתי, וההזמנה כולה הגיעה קרה. ביקשתי שיעלו לנו מגבות ומים, ולמרות שהתקשרתי 4 פעמים ברציפות, לא קיבלנו כלום. מצד שני, הבריכה נעימה ומזמינה מאוד עם נוף יפה, והחדרים מרווחים למדי. בסך הכול, חוויה שהייתה יכולה להיות בלתי נשכחת הפכה למאכזבת בשל שירות לקוי מאוד.
