+ Близько від старого міста. Величезним плюсом була можливість скористатись підземним закритим паркінгом за 15€! Це дуже спростило для нас питання де тримати машину. Номер чистий, працював кондиціонер одразу як прийшли 🫰🏼 В морозилці навіть був лід кубиками! Зручна ванна кімната, душова досить велика. Господарі детально розписали куди і як заїжджати, надіслали фото з інструкціями. − Єдиний мінус, що коли ми писали ще до заселення, нам не відповідали. Ми були трохи збентежені, чи все гаразд.

+ El alojamiento era muy completo, la cama era cómoda y amplia. Estaba cerca del old town.

Disappointed. + The double bed was comfy. − The sofa bed is not suitable for an adult. It is only supported three quarters of the way along, therefore making it very uncomfortable. There is a lot of road noise, which goes on all night, which is not helped by the fact the windows cannot be closed properly since they are broken, and have been taped back up.

Before arrival we received clear instructions by WhatsApp. We had a private parking in the building for 15 eur per night + Everything. − -

+ We loved that it was super easy to enter the building and that our room had a balcony and superb AC (especially during the hot and humid Dubrovnik weather). It was relatively easy to get to the Old Town as well by foot (8 mins of stairs approx) − There was hair in the bathroom but otherwise it was clean. Some of the towels had stains too but the host provided more than enough towels for our stay so we didn't mind too much

A very clean and spacious apartment that is a short car ride/20 minute walk from main attractions and nearby beach. + A very clean and spacious apartment containing everything that was required for our 2 night stay with an excellent air conditioning system. − Location is slightly disconnected from the centre of Dubrovnik but this was not a problem for us as main attractions and beaches were only a short car ride or a 20 minute walk away.
