Do not think twice book immediately! + The building dates back to 1929 and, after a full renovation, reopened as Moeesy in 2022, surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and just steps from the water. The setting alone would have been worth the stay: cascading pools tumble across the terraced grounds with an open view out to the Adriatic that is jaw-dropping. But what truly stood out, beyond the beautiful grounds, was the staff. From the reception team to the breakfast crew to the housekeeping team, everyone made us feel genuinely looked after. It's rare to find a hotel that has everything you need and more from a luxury standpoint, but that still delivers service that goes above and beyond. The devil is in the details: after we booked a boat tour for the day, just before we departed, the front desk had prepared a "go bag" with towels and water to make sure we had everything we needed for the journey. Exceeding ALL Expectations + Honestly, one of the most efficient and smooth holidays of my life! The staff were simply priceless, and super helpful in every way! Special kudos to Kristina, Nikola, Drazan, Sara, Alma, Marina, Liliana, Sanda, Adrian, Dino, Andiela, … I’m missing a couple other names here (sorry 🙈)! The room cleanliness and frequency of amenities replacement was great; the food and cocktails were on point; the view was just as breathtaking as what is displayed on the website - if not more; the ambience and general vibe was soothing yet still filled with character - just what a holiday should be like; the Spa treatments were simply dreamy; and the level of expert guidance and organisation of the tours and excursions was most appreciated! A BIG hyvala again to Team Moeesy, take care, until the next time! 🤩

A lovely hotel but does it justify the price? + Our stay at Moeesy Blue & Green was a really enjoyable part of our Croatian holiday. The hotel has a relaxed boutique feel and, more importantly, a team of genuinely warm and welcoming people who clearly care about their guests. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the thoughtful touches that make travelling easier, including complimentary luggage collection and return from the ferry port, free coffee available throughout the day, chilled drinking water stations and easy access to fresh pool towels. These small details make a big difference. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with an extensive selection of fresh, high-quality food and one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The gym & spa was also outstanding, and the massage was among the best I’ve experienced. A special thank you goes to the housekeeping & reception teams. We will come back in a heartbeat + We absolutely loved our stay at Moeesy. The property itself is beautiful and feels special without ever being fussy. The adults-only setting also makes such a difference! We spent some very happy, quiet hours by the pool, and just down the steps from the property is one of the larger public swimming areas, so it was incredibly easy to go back and forth between the hotel and the sea. There are conveniently placed showers and rinse-off areas by the pool, which I really appreciated after a swim. The pool itself is built into the slope of the property, with two square infinity pools on different levels, one overlooking the other and both with lovely views out toward the sea. It’s not really a pool for swimming laps, but it’s perfect for cooling off, floating around Breakfast was more extensive than we expected, with lots of fresh fruit, local items and all the classics, including an omelette bar. A great place in Hvar, and the fact that it’s just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Hvar centre, made it + The staff couldn’t do more to make our stay memorable. The location was great and the facilities were decent. It is very obviously a project which will keep on getting better as I’m sure it was once a lower class hotel which is being improved but without stepping on the toes of the guests. Christina at reception was a gem. Nothing was a problem and her recommendations and assistance was absolutely outstanding. In all fairness so were her colleagues when she was not there, but she deserves special mention. Breakfast was a wonder choice of fresh products, and the choice was endless. The coffee and tea facilities and lemon or plain cold water stations remained open all day and it was a great touch.
