Top Anlage + Das Buffet war super, es gab nichts was es nicht gab 🥰 Das Personal im ganzen Haus ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit 👍🏻 Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Alles Top, wir kommen gerne wieder🤗 − Mir persönlich war die Matratze viel zu hart, aber dafür kann keiner etwas.

Piacevole + Le piscine, la pineta e il mare tutto ben collegato. Il buffet e la bontà del cibo.Le piscine riscaldate. Il mare. L’architettura della struttura. Il parcheggio molto comodo. − Camera piccola per 4 persone. Letti aggiuntivi al suolo. Pulizia dei tavoli e delle sedie scadenti. La mancanza di chiare indicazioni alle varie strutture. La moquette.

Avoid unless you have very little kids. Not at all worth the very high price. + Totally avoid this place unless you have a toddler that can deal with chaos. It’s just so busy, the buffet is carnage, kids and food everywhere. Hands going strait in food, there were no parents or staff supervising and just total chaos. Nothing for older kids to do when it rains or on an evening other than the nets to play in for a bit: there are PlayStations but multiple kids trying to use them. This is the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in and really wouldn’t pay half the price for it. Flaking paint in rooms. Nothing for grown ups in the evening, very much a kids hotel which we didn’t appreciate when booking. Hoping tomorrow is a better day. :(

Don’t go here unless you have kids under 6 and also you don’t want to do anything for yourself as an adult + This is the most expensive hotel I have ever visited and it really was an awful experience. If you have little kids and want to go to bed early then it’s ok, but seriously save your money, there is so much better out there. The main issue is the restaurant, there is only buffet and it’s totally rammed with kids everywhere, hands in the food, food over the floor it’s just so horrible. We managed to escape after 3 nights there. The small pool has one slide but the water isn’t deep enough so kid hits the floor on landing. The 2 other pools are way too deep for little kids. The 1 lifeguard we spotted was on her phone all the time. There is nothing here for adults. The bar is like a library, there is no music, I just felt so depressed here and my 9yo was so fed up as so many little kids everywhere and nothing for big ones.
