+ This hotel is located near one of the island beaches. The room view is nice. Room decoration is OK, this hotel pretending to be cute and stylish (but can't). − This hotel is located 30 minutes from the ferry and main island facilities. The check-in process is complicated, because reception is located in the building nearby and it's not clear. Some equipment (especially in the bathroom) is old and dirty. The bathroom fan was covered with dust.

The location and restaurant next door are great. The rooms themselves need modernising. + The location to the beach and the fact I could bring my dog. − Charging exorbitant rates over Valentines weekend (on par with the Conrad almost) an $200 owed day per pet per room is a bit steep. The property needs updating as it is in a mediocre state at best. Small and pokey.
