+ Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a reggeli finom volt. Volt lehetőség ruhát mosni az épületen belül. − A liftre időnként sokat kellett várni és nem a legrövidebb úton vitt minket, sokszor zsúfolt volt. A szobák kicsik voltak. A légkondi az egyik szobában nagyon hideget csinált, a másik szobában párás maradt a levegő. A pótágy kényelmetlen volt, plusz matracot nem tudtak adni, de próbáltak segíteni több takaróval.

Great location and room size for HK + Perfect location coming from Macau by ferry and room size for HK! Walking distance from MTR and Hollywood Rd. Also from market places and even Central. Well insulated from the street noise and temperature. Great staff always helpful and for taking good care of our luggage for the whole afternoon after checking out. Good value. − The air conditioning is an issue and must be addressed (a) the noise it makes when on and even after switching off; and (b) the temperature impossible to regulate, always too cold even with the thermostat regulated between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius! So simple and yet able to diminish what could have been a perfect experience.

また利用したい + 大人２人と子ども５人で宿泊しました。なかなかちょうどよいホテルがない中、ロケーションも値段も程よいところでした。ハウスクリーニングも毎日丁寧にしてもらい、フロントの方はじめ、朝食のスタッフの方などすべてのスタッフの方の対応が良かったです。朝食も軽食で、日によっては外で朝食をとるときもあって、ちょうどよかったです。 − ソファーベッドが小さすぎる、USBポートが一つ故障、冷蔵庫の効きがいまいち、シャワーの髪の毛がつまってしまった。

Great place to spend a night and with plenty of places to eat nearby. + Spotless room and comfortable bed. − The breakfast left a little to be desired but really, there are countless options within easy walking distance.

Very well worth the price staying here! + Very centrally located in Sheung Wan. Price for property is very good considering the other options that meet our needs (single unit housing 7 people or split into two family suites) and price range are located far away from Hong Kong Island or have low ratings − Minor inconvenience but you need to carry your luggages up the stairs to the lift. Breakfast only starts at 7am which was slightly too late for us
