Great room experience + I love how my room gets cleaned everyday when I am outside, it makes traveling alone more comforting thanks to Wai Ha for tidying my room and Elaine for managing it.

Great Customer Service + This review is for the staff and management. Richard, the front desk was professional, detail, organized, and kind. Check-in was smooth. When there was a room issue, Richard connected me with Sheila, the hotel manager. She is super sweet, professional, and took care of the problem in no time. She helped me haul my luggages from room to room. I will stay here again just for them.

Good hotel experience + Hotel location is good and convenient, walking distance to MTR and bus station to the airport. Good variety of restaurants near the hotel. The room size is reasonable spacious. The checkin efficiency is good. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Alison and Becky. Very impressive with the housekeeping staff, Anna, April and Elaine. Very caring and keep my room clean and tidy. Highly appreciated.

Make me feel respect + After I check in,I found that there was a strange smell in the room.I saw manager in the corridor of the hotel.them the manager very quickly help me deal with it change room ! After processing, the manager took the initiative to send fruit and apologize to me. I remember the manager name is Ivy, she make me feel respect ! I will be back again and recommend to my family and friends This is thebest Hong Kong hotel I have ever stayed in.The environment of the hotel is also very good.large and comfortable!The facilities in the hotel include a swimming pool and a gym!
