Not comfortable to the toilet and not really clean + Small room and far to train. Station − dirty and very small toilet

I would prefer other hotel options + The location made it easy to get around Hong Kong. The female staff were helpful when I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, and they provided them without any issue. The area is close to a market, so it can feel a little sketchy at night, although Hong Kong itself felt quite safe. For a similar price and location, I would personally choose Charterhouse Causeway Bay next time, as it offers a similarly convenient location without having to walk through the sketchier area, and in my experience, the service there was much friendlier. There are better options in this price range. Some staff were nice, especially the housekeeping team, but the service from the male front desk staff could have been better. − Unfortunately, our experience was affected by what happened on the last day of our stay. My aunt injured her ankle and could barely walk, so she waited in the lobby while we went out to buy an ice pack for her. We completely understood if the hot…

Convenient location, horrible staff service, can find better at a similar pricing + How convenient the location was at but also I would recommend another hotel with similar pricing (The Charterhouse Hotel) almost like 3 times better in terms of staff service, convenience, cleanliness and the location. Also since it was quite chilly at night I also came down to ask for a extra blanket and pillow and they gave me in which was nice. And the overall staff the female ones where average and decent not like the guy who treated my aunty like a criminal since we already stayed there for 3 nights. − I went for a trip with my family and my aunty broke her ankle on the last day of the trip, so she couldn’t move and therefore she stayed at the lobby, waiting for me to get ice bags and she was treated badly by the staff.
