My overall state wasn’t bad. They had a good breakfast. The room was decent. It just was hot. + It was a nice motel in a good location − The room was very hot. They sent somebody to work on the air-conditioning, but it didn’t do nothing. It was hot. It was sweating in there and the staff didn’t clean up every day.

Good Value Overall But With Some Maintenance Issues + I enjoyed a comfortable three-night stay at Regal Hong Kong. From its prime location in Causeway Bay, it’s easy to walk west towards Wan Chai and find a wide variety of dining options. The ding-ding tram stop is right in front of the hotel, and the MTR a three-minute walk away. My room was spacious by Hong Kong standards. It faced two adjacent buildings covered in bamboo scaffolding and green netting — an unmistakably local sight, but one that unfortunately blocked both natural light and a full harbour view. Water pressure was excellent, Wi-Fi was stable, and the air conditioning was powerful, albeit slightly noisy. The bed was on the firmer side and would benefit from a plush latex topper, though the feather pillows were full and comfortable. The lobby is impressive, with its baby grand piano, chandeliers, and fresh orchids. That said, it was very busy at peak times and felt more like a train station. The rooftop pool is really …
