One of the best in Crete! + We loved how serene the hotel is, even though it was totally full. The design overall is beautiful. Great breakfasts and impeccable cleaning service! We were half board and dinners were great too. There was also always something for our 9 years old - pasta, soup, chicken, and of course the most beautiful desserts. Again, we didn’t experience any slow service in the dining room at all, as some of the reviews mentioned. Water slides were great! Clean, no lines, no screaming and pushing We booked a room with a poll and I would recommend this type of room so you’d enjoy privacy, we didn’t even use the shared pool as we didn’t need it. But it looked very beautiful, though with not many loungers. To sum up - we moved to another hotel after 4 nights as planned, but emailed Hilton to check if we could come back:) (they were fully booked unfortunately) − Nothing really , maybe I’d add turn down service in the evening

A great resort to enjoy if you plan just staying in + The hotel is very beautiful decorated, the employees are very nice and friendly, the food is very tasty and with a lot of variety. − The location because moving in and out of the hotel you need a car and it is expensive. The buffet service during breakfast is great and with a lot of variety but I would prefer à la carte menu for dinner (the option exists but the menu is limited in comparison with the buffet restaurant) The location is great if you don’t plan to leave the hotel and it could have been my mistake when choosing the hotel.

La tua pace la puoi trovare guardando il tramonto di Panormos + Siamo stati qui l’anno scorso e ci era piaciuto ma quest’anno la struttura ha migliorato l’attenzione nei nostri confronti ci siamo sentiti benissimo. Il ristorante Mitato è stata la nostra casa di sera per la maggiora parte e i ragazzi sono stati a dir poco fantastici. Ella è il suo team grazie a tutti. Nikos il sommelier è una persona speciale è un ringraziamento speciale va a tutti i ragazzi che con calore e duro lavoro ti fanno sentire veramente a casa. Sempre sorridenti e sempre gentili − Solo le camere deluxe con passaggio sopratutto la camera 1411 non è una camera con gli standard Hilton va rimodellata da capo.

Une belle chambre et un beau cadre, mais une expérience globale plombée par une gestion très commerciale et un service i + La suite familiale était très belle, parfaitement équipée, avec un ménage impeccable tous les jours. La salle de sport est bien équipée et le coach propose d’excellentes séances. L’animation était réussie, avec notamment un magicien très apprécié des enfants. Le dîner crétois au restaurant à thème avait une bonne ambiance, des plats copieux et savoureux. − Isolation phonique faible et bruits de tuyauterie dans la chambre. Impossible de trouver une place autour des piscines ou à l’aquaparc après 9h30, seul le bar payant reste disponible. Personnel très insistant pour pousser à la consommation. En demi-pension, aucune boisson incluse (ni eau, à 4,50€ la bouteille, aucune fontaine ou carafe proposée) ; café gratuit mais service très lent (jusqu’à 20 min). Nourriture correcte sans plus pour un 5 étoiles. Navettes et location de voiture sur place hors de prix. Service …

Planning to come back soon! + The Best Hotel Stay! We had the most amazing stay at The Royal Senses Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautifully designed, and our private pool was an absolute pleasure. The aqua park was just what the kids needed, while the infinity pool was nothing short of amazing! The food was very good, but above all, the hotel staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A fantastic family experience and truly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had! ❤️

Lovely luxury hotel but worth punching for the private pools + We saw this hotel being built on previous trips to Crete so were keen to finally stay and explore the Royal Senses. We spent five night there and it was would be best described as a holiday of two halves. We booked a family king room with a sea view (I think every room has a sea view). When we checked in we were given an accessible room very close to reception. While the room itself was nicely furnished and spacious, it had a very small balcony and all four of us were very much in one room. This wasn’t quite what I’d envisaged on booking and we had hoped to spend time on our balcony with a drink watching beautiful sunsets and playing cards. Similarly while I’m happy to share with my children, the partition of the Family King room would have given us more space. I spoke to reception on day 1. They were helpful and responded relatively quickly, looking for alternative options. Although there wasn’t anything they could do imm…
