Ok ish + Muy bueno! − The cleanliness was bad, dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, not enough ciber in the shower so it flooded it

Cet hôtel est parfait pour un séjour en famille ! + Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Le quartier est très agréable. Le personnel est serviable. − Le trajet à pied pour aller jusqu'au métro semble un peu long car il est en ligne droite et en fait nous avons marché seulement 10 minutes.

Excellent location and friendly staff + The room was smaller than expected but very clean and well-stocked. The bed was extermely comfortable. The location of the room was fine. Breakfast N/A − We thought the carpets in the hotel corridors needed upgrading, and the wooden doors looked rather outdated.

Not the best + Location − Room was ok a first, but when we came back at 11pm at night the room had a foul smell. The air conditioning also didn’t work very well. Room would not get below 23 degrees. Staff We’re very good on the night shift of switching us rooms. The second room needed some refurb, the doors were falling apart in the bathroom, mould around the tub. I think this is a room that doesn’t get used very often. Also when we got to the second room the pillows are made of down feathers and my daughter is very allergic, no mention of this was on the advert or advised on room facilities.

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. + Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. (Zeytin vardı!) Temizdi. Yataklar konforlu. − Oda temizleme çok erken saatte geldi. (Sabah 8’de). Otel şehrin biraz dışında olduğu için Oxford St. Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Meydanı gibi yerlere hat değiştirerek gitmek gerekir. Odamız kuzeye baktığı için dış hava sıcaklığı ile iç sıcaklık arasında çok fark vardı. Kış aylarında soğuk olabilir.

مع الاسف الغرفه صغيره جدا وتم التفاهم واخذت وعد من موظف الاستقبال ليله واحده فقط ومن بعدها تغير الغرفه الموظف من اصول هن + موقعه
