+ El hotel está en muy buena ubicación y las instalaciones están muy bien. Pero hemos tenido un problema que no nos acaban de resolver. Pagamos la totalidad de la estancia cuando hicimos la reserva en Mayo. Al salir del hotel el 12 de Agosto, nos volvieron a realizar el cargo. Nos quejamos y dijeron que lo revertirian. Pero sigue pendiente en nuestra tarjeta cuando han pasado ya casi 20 días. Estuvimos hablando con el encargado de recepción el día 12 y nos pidió disculpas y nos dijo que quedaría todo resuelto ese mismo día. Hemos llamado hoy al hotel y nos dicen que mandemos un email. Me parece una muy mala experiencia de cliente a pesar de que el hotel estaba muy bien. Espero que solucionen nuestro caso lo antes posible.

+ We had breakfast out of the hotel as we were meeting up with family, but the room was fine for what we needed. − Probably didn't like the fact the sink was visible from the bed. Would have preferred the en-suite to be totally enclosed.

Overall I love this hotel , but this stay wasn’t as great as it was the hotel in Liverpool. The bar on the roof and othe + The environment, the location. − The sofa bed mattress was terrible , super uncomfortable.
