+ ヘルシンキ中央駅の目の前で移動しやすい立地。朝食は美味しく、ゆったり食事できる。ホテルスタッフはみなさん温かく、親切でした。

The hotel stay could have been much better! + The location − They gave us a close-phobic room with slanted short ceilings and no windows view other than a small elevated window facing the back AC units! We reserved a suite with a balcony facing the city! The staff was very nice and the front desk manager tried to change the room but showed us two other small rooms with no view which we would not accept . We had to stay that night and the next day they switched us to the presidential suite on the main floor with a city view which was very nice! It wasn’t exactly the smooth stay we expected to begin with and what we paid for !

It is not a five star hotel at all. + The building facade - although not kept well. Close to shopping. − Dark colours and depressing. Plastic plant arrangement. Too much details in the room. Sheets. Cushions. Rocking bed. Does not look fresh

素敵なホテルで憧れのヘルシンキ滞在できて本当によかったです。 + とにかく立地はこれ以上ない、というくらいよかった。中央駅の前からトラム、地下鉄、VRも乗れてすごく便利でした。 ルームクリーニングもしっかりされていて，タオルも清潔でした。リセプションのスタッフもみんな感じよかったです。 − ベッドが柔らかく、幅も狭い。床が硬くてスリッパになると疲れました。
