Hotel muy bien ubicado y confortable. + Hotel muy bien ubicado, hay muchos servicios cerca (supermercados etc.). − El gimnasio es mejorable pero esta bastante bien. Se escuchaba bastante los ruidos del pasillo desde la habitacion lo cual molesta. El precio del desayuno es abusivo.

Perfecte ligging en fijn hotel + Onze ruime kamer had een mooi uitzicht op de rivier. Badkamer was ook ruim. Wasbakken waren apart van het bad en toilet. Dat is handig. Er was een koelkast met twee flesjes water. Fijne airco. Ondergrondse garage. Grote bedden. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Je kunt ook apart gebakken eieren bestellen. Er was zelfs champagne. De ligging t.o.v. het oude centrum evenals het Guggenheim museum is perfect. Personeel was overal attent. − Ondergrondse garage was wat krap manoeuvreren. Kamer was wat gedateerd en had wat slijtageplekken.

Muy cerca de todo + Súper céntrico. Con agua fresca en el hall, puedes beber siempre al llegar o al salir. Muy buen trato del personal. − Con Parking, aunque no puedes reservar plaza y si te vas con el coche puedes no tener sitio a la vuelta.

+ De locatie en prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Rustig, geen last van straat geluiden. − De WC spoorde niet altijd even enthousiast door. Vooral de eerste keer (vroeg in de ochtend). Maar daarna ging alles prima.

+ L'accueil (venant d un autre logement décevant, le personnel nous a permis d'entrer en chambre plus tôt), la literie, le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement secure et centrale − La moquette au sol pas très propre, una vieille capsule de café trouvée au sol en entrant dans la chambre et un bouche de baignoire impossible à utiliser (chaînette trop courte et bouchon inadapté)

Will absolutely recommend this hotel to all going to stay in Bilbao + The staff were particularly welcoming and helpful, Rakel in particular. The location was perfect for our stay, close to the Guggenheim and just short walk along the river to the Old Town.
