Not the Xperience we expected + It is a very nice hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade to a Junior Suite. We were very excited about it and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. There was a great variety of dishes, so there was definitely something for everyone to enjoy. − However, unfortunately, the service from the staff was not good at all. Our room was barely cleaned during our stay. The sheets were not changed, and the towels were not replaced properly. On one occasion, they did replace our towels, but one of the towels they gave us was actually very dirty. The housekeeping staff would enter the room, make the bed, and do only a little bit of tidying up, but there was no proper cleaning. We also contacted reception several times to ask for clean towels or for bottles of water to be brought to our room, but no one came. We often had to call 3–4 times before anything was actually done. Very good value for money + All the services were good. The food was very good, with a great variety of options, and the entire room-cleaning team was extremely professional and attentive. A big thank you to Omer, Abdul Rahman, and Ahmed, the manager from the Atrium restaurant, as well as to the entire team working in the outdoor area, for their outstanding service and hospitality. They truly made our experience even more enjoyable! Thank you to the whole team! − The SPA wasn’t that good. The SPA pool and Jacuzzi were both cold.

رائع قيمة مقابل سعر + الفندق ممتاز قيمة مقابل سعر الموظفين غاية فى التعاون وبالاخص برسوم و انطونيوس الواي فاي سرعته مقبولة الطعام متنوع وغني تحية خاصة لشيف الحلويات كلها كانت فى غاية الروعة الانيميشن كان ظريف حفلة حمام السباحة فى المساء كانت رائعة − لا شئ سوى عدم وجود إطلالة مباشره ع الشاطئ ولكن الفندق يوفر باصات لشاطئ رملي واخر صخري
