Great experience at a family friendly hotel + That everything is a walkable distance... Dine at the restaurant viewing the beach, close to the pool, even toilets are located on the beach for maximum comfort which is kept mostly clean and tidy. The room is spacious, it took a king size bed and 2 extra beds for our kids. Entertainment on site and the location or the hotel on the touristic mamsha is great. Food has a great variety and good taste. − A relatively small pool for the number of guests. Gym machines need serious upgrade and maintenance. Very weak gym AC. Yachts/Cruise boats by the beach marina made the beach at some days not clean and you can smell the fuel coming out of it. But overall a great experience.

+ I really enjoyed my vacation. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative, and the food was very good and diverse. Overall, I had a great and enjoyable vacation − The staff responsible for serving drinks at the beach were very poor, as they seemed to prioritize foreign guests when distributing drinks.

Ottima vacanza rilassante con qualche inceppo + La posizione sul mare, l'animazione sempre presente e coinvolgente con giochi e spettacoli ogni giorno, ma mai invadente. Il cibo per essere in egitto è decisamente accettabile e molto vario. − Le camere non sono il massimo in questione di spazio e di arredamento, ma ci si può accontentare dell'essenziale, andrebbero rinnovate strutturalmente. Il letto anche se non king size, era abbastanza comodo come i cuscini. La vasca da bagno inguardabile con acqua bollente che ti ustiona la pelle non regolabile. La piscina molto bella ma inutilizzabile per chi non sa nuotare in quanto la parte piu bassa è 1.65 mt. Il tasto dolente viene sempre alla fine quando c'era un accordo scritto tramite booking all'hotel di cambio orari di check in e check out dovuti a voli in orari non diurni di easyjet, la direzione tramite booking mi risponde "ok no problem" invece i problemi ci sono stati, abbiamo dovuto dare un extra di 125 euro per il check in anticipat…

+ Villaggio e spiaggia − Posto poco curato, cibo di qualità pessima e locali adibiti alla ristorazione in condizioni igieniche pietose, motivo per il quale, dopo una settimana di nutrizione a base di patate in busta, patatine fritte (unica cosa mangiabile del ristorante a buffet) e le pietanze italiane offertaci gentilmente nel ristorante italiano per tamponare le nostre lamentele ed esigenze, abbiamo cambiato hotel. Spendo una parola positiva nei confronti del personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Per il resto esperienza da non replicare
