awful experience at Movenpick waterpark soma bay. + Only Beach! And Nour from reception was trying her best to satisfy guests. − Food quality isn’t good at all for such international hotel, not so friendly staff working at main restaurant. Aqua pool wasn’t clean when we wanted to use it and lack of cleaning at aqua stairs, that let us to leave it immediately and rather went to sea. When we arrived we saw lagoon/Lake wasn’t clean and easily you see that from far distance and only was cleaned at our 3rd day of stay. One Staff at main pool was rude, while we are in the pool and just finished we found one towel missing out our 3 towels despite there is camera, when reported i was shocked when his response was its not our job to find who took your towel and left me standing refusing to give me another card as we were moving to beach claiming no card until end of day until stock count! I said you have my room no. He said no!! Until i went and complained to hotel Director. Such place is …

Nice hotel but no system or clear protocol stuff lack professionlism + Big good view good sea for kids − A lot :☹️ -Cleanliness -Food variety -Front desk receptionist( Nour) -Poor animation ( nearly no staff to make activities) one was made in a closed place( Tiatro) it was horrible hot we left -Iron system( one for all) and safety was zero We had a fire in one room but الحمد لله I removed the cable and my sister got shocked because of the water spill of the iron by الحمد لله

Overall experience + My experience was great!! The workers were really nice and very friendly. Everything is pretty and ready to enjoy. I really recommend the bar and the food at the buffet!! The bartender Omar is specially kind and generous. We loved it!!

amazing dining experience - Mongolian + An amazing dining experience from start to finish. The Mongolian restaurant exceeded our expectations with excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the dessert was simply fantastic. Mohamed was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for making our evening so special. We would happily come back again!

Opinion + The food in mongolian restaurant was amazing that was the best food i ate in my life the italian restaurant was also really really good. Service was so good. The boss Omar was really helpful and kind i love this guy. The waiter in Intalian Restaurant Mahmuod was the best i love this guy he served the best drinks and was very kind.

Where do I even begin? + This was a vacation from hell. A hotel to avoid at all costs and never return to. To start with, we arrived very late at night and were given a filthy, worn-out room that looked more like a cheap roadside motel than a supposed 5-star resort. We were absolutely exhausted, but thankfully I always inspect the room before going to bed. I'm glad I did because we discovered a nest of ants inside the mattress, crawling all over the walls around the bed and throughout the room. We went to reception to complain and asked for another room. Instead, at around 3:00 AM they sent a man to spray insecticide for the ants. He sprayed our entire room, including the bed, pillows, luggage, and all of our belongings. Then they told us to wait outside for 10 minutes and claimed it was safe. It obviously wasn't. After 10 minutes, the ants were still there. We went back again and demanded another room. After about two and a half hours, we were finally moved. The food at this hotel is…
