+ Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the range of facilities and activities available for guests. The hotel has several large swimming pools, as well as a dedicated children’s play area and an aqua park, which makes it a good choice for families with children. There were also many exercise activities, pool games, and entertainment programs available throughout the stay, providing guests with plenty of options to stay active and enjoy their time at the resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was one of the positive aspects of our stay. The room service was generally acceptable; however, the response time could be improved, as we often had to call several times before receiving assistance. The restaurants offered a reasonable variety of food, and the menu changed from day to day, which was appreciated and helped avoid having exactly the same meals throughout the stay. It was one trip to remember + The property tends to be suitable for families with children less than 12 years old. The combined value offered through aqua park, amusement park, VR delivered a delightful experience for kids and that is what matters most for parents. − The diversity of cuisines in breakfast is short. Most serves western cuisine nonetheless the quality of food is premium.

Simply perfect + As always, Pickalbatros doesn't disappoint. We had a perfect vacation. The hotel features a water park, a fairground, a shuttle to the beach (which has a beautiful reef), and even a room with virtual reality machines—you really couldn't ask for anything more. The entire staff goes out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. We are celiac, and although they didn't have bread on hand, the chef made sure to prepare gluten-free crepes, pizza, and pasta whenever we wanted. The reception staff—Kaled Gamal and Abdelrahman Ahmed—would call us every afternoon to make sure everything was to our liking. A top-notch hotel!

Très bon hôtel ! + La propreté des lieux,les restaurants,les chambres confortables,la petite fête foraine tous les soirs et gratuite. − Le coin plage est un peu éloigné (bien qu'il y ai un service de navette gratuite toute les demi-heure) et l'emplacement n'est pas terrible à notre goût. Certains comportements de serveurs antipathiques,non souriant,comme si on les embêtait lorsque nous demandions quelque chose.Heureusement la plupart étaient tout de même cool et sympa. Les animations étaient sans plus au vu de la qualité de l'hôtel.

+ Bon accueil de Hicham de la réception et de sa disponibilité le long du sejour. Chambre propre merci à Mahmoud. Piscine, hôtel propre. Très bon restaurant et variés. − Nous avons remarqué un manque de civisme total de la part des locaux ( égyptiens). Certains ne font pas la queue dans les restaurants, attractions, sous les yeux du personnel surtout dans le restaurant soprano..les chefs de rang sont spectateurs des scènes et ne disent rien !!!. Plusieurs touristes étaient vraiment agacés. C'est vraiment dommage car je pense que c'est un facteur qui peut nuire à l'établissement et au séjour.

It was wonderful + Staff were excellent. Food was great across the restaurants − Cleaners sometimes came a bit late for me.
