+ Room is really nice. There is no onsite parking like it says. Jacuzzi was broken when we were there. There is street parking and it’s first come first serve to the public.

+ Amazing. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. The history, the rooms, the patio. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.

+ Liked: In the heart of town right next to all attractions. Nice hotel with good breakfast. Disliked: Called the night before to ask about onsite parking and was told it was readily available. Also received message "...onsite parking is available and complimentary...". This is false. There is only street parking which is very difficult in the center of this old town. Additionally the entire hotel street was closed to cars during the day due to construction. Had to park far & walk 10-15 mins with luggage.

+ I went to Santo Domingo for my father’s funeral. I made a reservation for four nights. I arrived at around 3 AM and only stayed there for a few hours and left the hotel at 8:30 AM. The person who received me at 3 AM was NOT kind. They didn’t even ask me to sit down while he was seated on a table -not the front desk- doing my check-in. I tried to pay. The person told me I would be charged in pesos, but I refused to pay in pesos ‘cause sometimes the charge is different. The night front desk person told me to speak to the morning staff and pay them. It was a good thing I wasn’t charged for the reservation that first night ‘cause went I went to the room, I found my “NOT NEgotiable”. The one, I would not tolerate in any hotel around the world: no hot water. The concept of the hotel is great. The pictures look great, but once I was in the room and really looked around the bedroom, the corners were dirty. The space behind the bed was dusty and at the top left corner, there was a spider-…

Lovely boutique hotel + Lovely boutique hotel, close to the main areas of Zona Colonial. Excellent staff and great breakfast.

Great value with everything you need + It was only one night but the accommodations were perfect and a good value. We had been staying in a 5 star resort in Samaná and this bed was more comfortable and showers were nice with good hot water. The location was also ideal.
