Incompetent staff, unprofessional manager − The staff had misplaced my booking! Imagine arriving in a foreign country only to find that there were no rooms for you. The staff told us many inaccurate things - the manager was not on the premises and staff wouldn’t contact him on the phone even though I insisted - and finally booked us into another hotel which was super seedy and cheap. It was a really terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. There has been no apology till this minute. Overall, I wouldn’t trust this hotel for a minute. (The only good thing was the nice bartender lady who made us a delicious smoothie.)

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and approachable. + My room was comfortable and met all my needs. I had a Pleasant View of the pool., good air conditioning, and the staff was very pleasant. − This doesn't apply to the room, but the sidewalks in the immediate area. We're rather treacherous and should be redone. It's very easy to trip and fall with the dips and creases if one is not used to them.

Excelente estadia + Muy comodo, agua caliente, tienen un minibar consumible aunque tiene cargo extra pero es muy bueno por que asi no se tiene que salir de ahi − mi unica queja es que en booking decia parqueo gratis en el lugar y el hotel no tiene parqueo, se parquea en la calle y el sitio es un poco movido.
