− No había espacio para reservar para cenar. La habitación nada de confort, pedí cama king me pusieron cama doble, la comida malísima y poca variedad

Excelente servicio, bonitas instalaciones pero falta mejorar + La atención del personal , muy amables y atentos todos. − Tardan mucho para la entrega de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado no estaba tan óptimo, tuve que reportar varias veces, mi neverita estaba vacía al llegar al cuarto. La playa muy sucia, mínimo deberían limpiarla más como hacen otros hoteles. Para ser tan caro deben regular mejor esas cosas.

Not a great experience will not book again . + Didn't like anything about the property to be honest. − The food was nasty and old no seasoning, Amenities was not good only had the pool to do anything ,Staff was rude and the gate staff as well , Entertainment was ok. False Advertisement for this resort everything was different when we arrived.
