Buen Hotel, mal restaurante... + Hotel muy bonito, pleno centro zona colonial. − El restaurante. Esperaba mucho de el, tenía buenas referencias, pero fue una decepción. Cenamos y nos apagaron las luces antes de acabar, calidad justa, mala atención, vino caliente. Desayuno mal, y atención peor. El restaurante a nivel de personal y comida desmerece el resto del hotel

L 'experience sera difficile à oublier! + Certaines personnes n'ont pas toujours été trés agréables, d'autres ont vraiment été plus qu'à la hauteur. Un grand Merci au supérieur Dariyelis Ramirez, pour son professionalisme qui a été à l'écoute et m'a apporté une réponse satisfaisant . Merci aussi à Luiyi le réceptionniste , avec son sourire, aimable et toujours une personne agréable et surtout merci beaucoup à ces portiers dont je ne connais pas les noms, qui travaillent dans l'ombre mais qui méritent qu'on parle d'eux et qu'on les Salue. Petite dédicace au portier Hector, qui m'a beaucoup aidé et qui se reconnaîtra, j'aurais aimé lui dire aurevoir mais il est parti avant que je revienne. Je ne pense pas oublier l'expérience vécue dans ce Palace! − La dernière soirée.

Very comfortable (expect the open smoking by the guests) + The room was very good, facing the waterfront, with a view of the park below, in a quiet location with a large space, working table and the bathroom was very spacious. It has a soaking tub (though I try not to use it due to the water issues in the country), the shower had very good water pressure, so you can shower quick, rinse very well and feel clean. They offered a variety of Dominican dishes not just random food like refried beans and honeydew melon chunks, something so gross about continental breakfast found throughout the US and Europe. Instead I was surprised and so happy to have found mashed pumpkin, mashed plantains, mashed yautía (taro/malanga), multiple vegetables consumed in Dominican breakfast drinking avena (oat breakfast drink) and many vegetables, tubers and vegetarian/vegan dishes that made the breakfast, which could be included in the fee, a worthy payment as part of the room. + Hotel historique avec beaucoup de charme qui nous enchante à chaque sejour . Notre premier passage date de 40 ans et la restauration a été faite avec goût! Petit dejeuner très bon avec du choix. L emplacement en pleine citée coloniale est parfait . La possibilité d une place de parking est un grand plus . − La rue en contrebas qui longe le fleuve est un peu bruyante ..mais pas trop. Un bemol sur le bruit des climatisations dans les chambres ... nous avons choisi d avoir un peu chaud en l éteignant.
