Leuk net hotel voor een Praagse stedentrip. + Mooi net hotel. Nette kamer. Hotel van binnen zag er keurig uit. Elke dag schoonmaak. Prima ontbijt. Welliswaar kleine ontbijtzaaltjes ( er zijn meerdere) maar altijd plek. OV is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen, met tram of metro binnen 10 minuten in oude centrum. Maar ook lopend is het goed te doen, 20-25 minuten lopen en ik was er. Nette ontvangst bij receptie. Kennelijk liep het programma voor check in niet, dus ff wachten. Geen probleem, ondanks dat hij zich verontschuldigde voor het iets langere wachten ( nog geen 10 minuten) wat opzich uiteraard netjes is tov de klant maar niet had gehoeven. − Nvt

+ The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the room was tidy and clean. Overall, I had a good stay. However, there were a couple of things that bothered me. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room properly and kept switching off. Also, regarding the housekeeping, there was a Nescafé cup left in the room for three days without being removed, which I found a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was good and the stay was pleasant.

+ The location of the hotel, the smoking area, the food was good but not specially, having an air conditioner was fantastic. − One of the TVs of the room didn't worked, the mattress of the small bed was thin and uncomfortable also the mattress of the big bedroom was sunken, and the lack of spanish language when its such a touristic part of the city.
