Small rooms - good breakfast + A good hotel with nice but small rooms. The hotel is not placed near to the city center, but you are able to walk the distance. Breakfast is very good prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff in the reception has very little knowledge of Prag and are not especially polite to the guests.

+ The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. The interior decoration is very nice. There are plenty of nice eateries near by, and the city center is a convenient walking distance. − The staff was less-than-welcoming, which was disappointing. As a small example - they declined to provide two key-cards for the room. The hotel entry is not accessible, which is inconvenient if you arrive with heavy luggage.

+ Было очень чисто и комфортно. Прекрасный сервис, вежливый и внимательный персонал, вкусный завтрак. Отдельно рекомендую провести вечер в коктейльном баре — отличная атмосфера и прекрасные коктейли. Остались очень приятные впечатления от проживания!

مناسب لإقامة قصيرة + الفندق في منطقة حيوية مناسب للأفراد − عدم توفر مواقف أو مكان للتحميل والتنزيل أمام الفندق، بالإضافة إلى بعض الخدمات التي تقدمها فنادق 5 نجوم مثل حمل الحقائب

Great facilities, staff outside of smiling and checking you in are a joke + The hotel really is beautiful. My room was great. Comfortable bed. One of the best if not THE best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It has everything. − The staff isn’t the greatest and communication is non existent. I was supposed to have breakfast included, and there was a miscommunication that happened on booking.com. A man named Jan offered to give me breakfast at 20€ instead of 28€. When I never heard from him, a man named Robert said he had go check with Jan to make sure I wasn’t “lying”. I couldn’t believe it. Jan never communicated with me after that. Never tried the breakfast.
