Great area and Papas supermarket around the corner! + Very good apartment, with a comfortable layout and new renovation, there is all the neo − one small towel, one glass of wine even though there were two of us! and a small roll of toilet paper) we bought everything we needed

Very good + It's very clean and organised. The washing machine is a plus and the location is really good. − The TV is terrible, and the building has a strange smell.

Good apartment for reasonable money + Great location and reasonable price. There is (almost) everything you need, the apartment is cozy and clean. Self check-in instructions are clear. − There was no shampoo or shower gel (quite rare for short-term apartments rent). I expected that from the description, but still the bottle of basic shampoo and gel would be nice. And the home rules are a bit strict, for example it’s not allowed to invite any guests/visitors. I am sure there were some cases in the past that were the reason for that (loud parties or something), but still looks a bit too strict.

Nel complesso è stata un’ottima scelte + Struttura defilata dal traffico , silenzio perfetto per dormire, appartamento completo di tutto e tutto nuovo. − Il condominio esternamente non si presenta bene. E se si potesse fare il check-in che n la presenza di una persona e non telefonica .

Location is okay, but many things were undisclosed before renting thus it made our stay a bit uncomfortable + Location was great − Apartment is loud: you can hear each and every neighbour, from the side and from above. On the end of the hall, a group of 7 or more delivery guys live who are loud and there is always a smell in the hallway. The apartment is very dark. Apparently, I was using too much electricity. Mind you, it is March, and the weather is cold and windy. The flat does not wind/air out properly. I was also told that I had too many devices on the wifi, more than it is normal for two people. The clothing rack was rusty, and it made our clothes rusty, we had to buy our own rack. The kitchen is applied well, but all the kitchenware is so used, the teflon and the non-stick is scratched, its quite unhealthy if you make food in it. We bought our own dish.
