Absolutely wonderful setting with real flair. Would like to return when just a few more guests. + Fantastic design of this resort - superb art and architecture with wonderful well kept gardens and swimming pools and great sea view rooms/cottages. Boutique at its best. Lovely birds and iguanas too. Restaurant overlooking the beach. − The food was fine but not the best I have had along this coast. Perhaps I didnt choose the right dishes. The resort was also a little empty perhaps due to the season so it felt almost too quiet. There was also confusion about payment and I had to prove I had already paid one of the two nights. Also a bit isolated vis a vis taxis but great for people with cars.

− We encountered an issue where the hotel charged the room twice. Unfortunately, the person responsible has not responded to our calls or emails. Overall, the service has been very disappointing. We still have not received the duplicate payment back!

Hotel fabuleux directement sur la plage. + La proximité a la plage, l'environnement magnifique du site, les piscines, le personnel attentif. J'ai egalement eu un massage durant mon séjour qui était tres reposant. − La television n'est pas intelligente (Netflix, etc) ce qui était un moins avec des jeunes enfants pendant notre séjour.

Amazing experience! + This hotel exceeded our expectations!.. we had the beach steps away from our bungalow! Very private hotel with beach, not many hotels next door. Has a Restaurant with great food. Staff was friendly, they welcome you with a drink. Incredible views, nice clean cute hotel we definitely recommend it if you visit Costa Rica.. it is located at Playa Esterillos Este, Central Pacific Coast. wwe.almadelpacifico.com

+ La tranquilidad y servicio por parte de todo el personal − El desayuno aunque no es malo, podria mejorar. Las habitaciones deberían tener cortinas para que en la mañana no esté tan claro si uno desea dormir un poco más.

+ Excelente opción para llevar mascotas, y la playa esta justo en frente del hotel. Habitación grande y bien mantenida, nos gustó que tuviera un pequeño patio y terraza. Personal muy atento y amigable. − El restaurante es muy bueno para el desayuno incluido, pero para almuerzo o cena (no incluidos) los precios son altos.

El lugar está bien, el personal es muy amable y colaborador. + La atención del personal, desde el portón, recepción y restaurante. La ubicación y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones están muy bien. La comida es buena. Las pisicinas son lindas y bien cuidadas. Los jardínes son hermosos. − La habitación tiene un ventanal hermoso y grande, pero no tiene cortinas, entonces es difícil dormir a partir de la hora que amanece (antes de las 6 am) La comida en el restaurante es muy cara! 10$ (5000 colones) por una porción de huevo o por una porción de aguacate!! El agua de las piscinas es bastante caliente, con el clima de la playa sería rico más fresca!
