+ This hotel is not worth the money, terrible tiny room, children were stomping all night above us and we couldn’t sleep. We asked the front desk the next day and they said they check out - not true the same family was above us again. We left the next day- gorgeous views- room pictures online are a lie and front desk does not value a quiet nights rest

Séjour agréable + Excellent petit déjeuner. Le parc avec sa faune et sa flore exceptionnelle. Les singes naturellement présents dans tout l’hôtel. − Il est très difficile de localiser l’hôtel depuis la route. Aucune indication pour cela. Route d’accès à l’hôtel en très mauvaise état. Prix non justifié par rapport aux services et infrastructures de l’hôtel.

+ This property was beautiful. We had a room with nice ocean view and very private. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast down on the beach was amazing and staff pointed out a sloth in the trees.

Fantastic staff, food could be more varied. + Private Beach and Staff − Menu could vary more , stayed a week and Menu stayed the same. So got boring.

The service was amazing!!! Huge shout out to them! + Loved the whole place! Stunning beach as well. − Rooms are tiny! The pool at the reception area is not private enough. Loads of maintenance issues with our room.

Wonderful hotel in a stunning location with great service + Stunning location, incredible room. We were upgraded so we had a very spacious ocean view room with two bathrooms and a separate lounge area as well as a stunning balcony. The staff were very attentive. − The menu was promising but the food was disappointing. We ate better elsewhere in Costa Rica. Also we would have preferred a breakfast buffet to ordering off the menu, especially when we had early starts.

+ Sem dúvidas, uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem que já tive. O quarto era muito confortável e contava com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar. As instalações são belíssimas e se integram de forma harmoniosa à natureza ao redor. Um dos grandes diferenciais foi a possibilidade de observar diversos animais silvestres que vivem na mata, proporcionando encontros únicos e encantadores sem que houvesse interferência no ambiente natural. A comida é excelente, o atendimento foi sempre muito cordial e atencioso, e a praia privativa oferece um nível de conforto e tranquilidade que merece destaque. Foi uma experiência completa, combinando contato com a natureza, conforto, boa gastronomia e um serviço de alta qualidade.

Mal servicio y muy caro. + Lo unico que aporta este hotel es la ubicacion pero pagando un precio muy elevado por ello. − La atencion del personal fue nefasta. Las chicas del frontal desk unas maleducadas, ni nos miraban. Nos encontramos una persona en nuestra habitación a la vuelta de la piscina. La comida escasa, mala y muy cara. Habitacion pequeña. Que pena, que forma de cargarse un hotel.
