+ We LOVED this property. The houses were adorable. Love the spa and animals. The hot springs pools were absolutely gorgeous. What a fabulous soulful place. If I were in the area again I wouldn’t stay anywhere but here.

Manque de charme et d’authenticité, chambre sombre et lits moyens pour le prix , cadre extérieur très beau , personnel s + Nous avons demandé un lit en plus car il en manquait un , et le personnel a vraiment aidé très vite et de façon sympathique et impliquée − Case sombre , hôtel assez froid , cela ressemble à un faux décor , c’est beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation offerte

Bon hotel avec calme source thermale + Grande chambre récentes, bien faites et parfaitement propres. Il y a des piscines d’eau chaudes et une d’eau froide, accessibles uniquement aux clients de l’hôtel, très appréciable vu le monde dans les autres comme aux Tabacon ou Ecothermales. Il y a une petite ferme et 2 paresseux étaient dans les arbres le jour de notre passage. − les premieres chambres sont un peu proches de la route

As close as you can get to paradise + A truly lovely hotel. Excellent location just between Arenal and La Fortuna. Breakfast options were good, staff were friendly, room was well equipped, clean and spacious. The on-site thermal pools exceeded expectations, as did the farm - my daughter loved collecting the eggs every morning and spending time with the horses. The selection of artisanal beers in the bars were also a very welcome highlight. We also had some spa treatments which were superb. − If I have to pick anything negative (really minor IMO): We had an evening meal on the first night and opinions from my family were mixed. The quality was good but the options were limited so the fussier ones in my group struggled to pick things that were ideal for their needs. Most nights we travelled into La Fortuna for dinner so this wasn't generally a big issue for us.

Excellent 👌 + Nestled right in the heart of a tourist area, this hotel is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. The hot springs are wonderful and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring La Fortuna. The massages are excellent and incredibly relaxing. Families will love the small farm, where children can milk cows, collect fresh eggs, and enjoy pony rides. Without a doubt, this is the perfect hotel in La Fortuna. Highly recommended! − The restaurant in the hotel was less good.

Ein Dschungel Spa-Traum.... + Frühstück war Ok, es gab viele Früchte und auch warmes essen zum Frühstück wenn man es extra bestellen wollte. Aber in der Hitze wollte man eh nicht viel essen am Morgen. − Die Auswahl des Frühstück's könnte grösser sein und der Cappucino sollte nicht extra kosten so wie der schwarze Kaffe. Andere 4 Sterne Hotels bekommen das hin und an dem sollte es nicht liegen.

An oasis set in the heart of the rainforest; perfect for relaxing and appreciating nature. + This property is an oasis. Once you step foot on the grounds, you are transported to a wonderland of natural beauty and relaxing amenities. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful. They were great with our food allergies and helped us book tours, answered questions, and showed us the resident sloth. I would return in a heartbeat. − The staff tried to upsell us at breakfast, which was included with our stay. They kept asking us to buy extras.
