Very pleasant to look around and enjoyed my time and the spa and food minus the early morning noise. + Loved the property overlooks the mountains and the city. The landscape and flowers are beautiful the pool is nice and the Spanish style architecture is lovely. The spa was nice with staff very nice and the steam room was a great surprise. However, we were right next a conference room and they started playing music and audio for a mass at 7 am. Not what I expected on vacation and if the staff knew this was going to happen why not place on a different floor or area of the property? Really felt they should have done something with the amount we paid. That was my only complaint being woken up. − Placement of our room to loud teenage girls that were on a retreat and the mass with load speakers and music. Door could have blocked the noises better but it might take away for the style of the architecture ?

Excelente servicio y atención, comodidad, descanso y naturaleza + La vista (ubicación), la capilla, los juegos para los niños, la comodidad de la habitación (camas, baño, etc), la naturaleza y flores que rodean el lugar, el servicio y amabilidad de los empleados. Es un sitio que relaja y brinda descanso. − No tengo comentarios
