Excellent location, clean room but boring breakfast. Language was a problem most staff can’t speak English + Location is perfect − The breakfast was the same everyday and it was horrible

Not coming back + Nice place − Very moody, angry staff CUSTOMER SERVICE very bad communication between staff is very bad accused us of not paying for breakfast and then refused to give us breakfast later on found out our room comes in breakfast included was embarrassing would not go there again.

+ Excellent hotel in a superb location, within walking distance of several big malls. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit Guangzhou. − Traffic congestion in the vicinity, especially on weekends
