+ La casa es muy agradable, muy buen ambiente muy bien situado. Fueron muy amables cuidando nuestro equipaje fuera de horario. Muy rico.el desayuno!

Bon séjour + L emplacement et le calme du quartier − Le manque d insonorisation au niveau des portes ce qui fait qu on entend les allers et venues et notamment le bruit des valises dans le couloir

A minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. O atendimento de toda equipe foi ótimo! + A localização é excepcional, o hotel fica em um dos bairros centrais de Santiago e a menos de 3 minutos da estação de metro de Baquedano, que dá acesso a múltiplas linhas importantes da cidade. O atendimento de toda equipe do hotel foi excelente, disponibilizando check-in antecipado, local para deixar as malas sem custo adicional e esclarecendo todas as dúvidas sobre a cidade. − Não tenho nada de negativo para destacar. A equipe era sensacional e a minha experiência no hotel foi excelente.

excelente + La ubicación es excelente. A 200 metros de una estación de metro importante. Zona con varias universidades y parques cerca, por lo que hay mucha oferta gastronómica en un radio de 10 cuadras (italia, lastarria, bellavista) y muy cerca del cerro santa lucia y del san cristobal. Zona segura para moverse incluso de noche. Se encuentra justo al lado de la embajada argentina. La habitación es chica, pero mas que suficiente. Cama muy cómoda, ducha muy buena. Todo el hostal muy limpio y cuidado. El personal muy predispuesto y amable, las 24 hs. No compré el desayuno, pero por lo que pude ver de la gente que desayunaba alí, parecía ser muuy bueno y completo. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme aqui. Muy recomendable.

Really pleased we chose this location so we could easily explore the surrounding neighbourhoods and attractions. Staff w + A great spot, located 10 minutes walk from Barrio Italia, Bella Vista and Lastarria and 5 mins walk from the Metro. Helpful staffing and security 24 hours, with good rooms and facilities and nice communal areas for breakfast and a little kitchenette to prepare hot drinks or simple meals. Nice to be in a hotel/hostal with local as well as international guests. Breakfast was good (worth noting that there weren’t many breakfast options nearby if you chose not to have breakfast at the Hostal). − The squeaky floors may be off-putting for light sleepers but were not really an issue for us.
