Great 2-bedroom apt. Some issues. + Great 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen in central Santiago. Good value & fast response from owners. Building has laundrette (coin operated). − Tone of owners messages was v distrustful and inflexible, eg we couldn't get any check in information at all till we'd sent a copy of our immigration card, which wasn't helpful/easy as we were arriving that day from abroad. Also, in August the apartment was very cold in the daytime as there was only a heater in one room. Their response was to send a blanket.

+ El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, en el centro y cerca de todo, metro, supermercado, lugares donde comer. La recepccion y entrega de las llaves es muy simple y aque hay un conserge. Cocina bastante bien equipada para hacer una comida simple. − No tiene una mesa con sillas donde sentarse a comer. Es una barra sobre la mesada de la cocina con banquetas altas

+ Excelente ubicación − Sé que ésto ya no dependía directamente del anfitrión, pero los vecinos que tuvimos, hicieron mucho relajo hasta 2 o 3 am todos los días, no se callaban.

+ La ducha y la ubicación lo mejor, para estar en el centro estaba bien. Precio calidad bien − No tenía nada de utensilios para la cocina, no pudimos prender el horno y no andaba el wifi. La tele tampoco.
