Una estadía maravillosa + Recomendamos el Hotel Ismael por sus instalaciones: la habitación con una vista maravillosa al Parque Forestal, servicio de limpieza impecable, el desayuno muy completo y con mucha variedad de productos. Pero lo que más destacamos de nuestra estadía fue la atención de su personal. Diego fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre sonriente y dispuesto a ayudarnos y a conversar. José Pablo nos ha hecho sentir en casa con sus manjares. Definitivamente un lugar especial, en un barrio hermoso y con un personal maravilloso.

+ Très bon accueil à la réception Très bon petit déjeuner diversifié et en buffet Horaires très larges − L'hôtel donne sur 2 rues (façade avant et façade arrière) : les chambres restent donc très bruyantes malgré la fenêtre fermée. Cela gêne considérablement la qualité du sommeil. C'est dommage

Ok, but not great + The location was good, the staff were helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was good quality. − The in room airconditioning was not able to be adjusted - it was linked to the whole hotel and could not be changed. The public areas were much cooler than the rooms. Despite having a high floor, the street noise was very evident, almost no noise suppression. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked. The bed was way too soft for our liking, and the pillows were very flat. The room size was adequate, but with more than one piece of luggage, it was a squeeze. Overall, not great value for the price paid compared to others I have stayed in in the city.
