Did not enjoy my stay. After 4 x years of using this hotel, this stay in August will be my last + The only thing positive I can say about this hotel is their staff. They have nice friendly and helpful staff. − Commencing renovations with hammering, sawing and drilling operations directly near my room at 2:30am was not appreciated. The water was also cut off on another occasion for several hours. This led to some stress as it was the day I was checking out. They do not adhere to their rules in terms of laundry collection and delivery. They have moved the breakfast from floor 17 to floor 1. They did not inform anyone of this, but have scratched out the number 7 on the information on the key sleeve. You don't find this out until you actually go to the floor. The breakfast itself is extremely poor. I have reported this every survey, so it's obvious they don't care or listen. I've always said an egg station would go a long way to improving the offerings. + La ubicación es excepcional muy cerca del Costanera del Mut y con el metro también ahi mismo mucha conectividad. Un lugar seguro. El personal amable y las instalaciones todo muy acorde. La piscina en un entorno bello y cálido.

Mala + Las piezas todo hermoso − Quedé bastante disconforme con la experiencia. Me cobraron dos veces el mismo monto en mi tarjeta de crédito y ahora tengo que estar haciendo el reclamo con el banco para poder recuperar mi dinero, lo que me parece totalmente inaceptable. Además, la terraza estaba abajo, mientras que en las fotos de la publicación aparece arriba como si estuviera habilitada para tomar desayuno. En ningún momento se nos informó que la terraza estaba en remodelación, ni tampoco vi que esto estuviera indicado claramente en la publicación. Considero que la información entregada no fue transparente y que la experiencia no correspondió a lo que se ofrecía en las fotos. Definitivamente no volvería jamás y no recomendaría este lugar.

+ La piscina es maravillosa, buen lugar para entretención cuando se viaja con niños. La ubicación es excelente y el sector muy tranquilo. − El único punto negativo es que durante mi estadía estaban realizando trabajos de remodelación y los ruidos eran insoportables desde las 8 am no permitía poder seguir descansando, quizás pudieran informar antes y no en el momento que se realiza el check in.
