+ Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Top renovierte Zimmer ( für mich 4 Stern ) . Restaurant bodenständig schweizerisch. Schöne Terrasse zum Essen und mit Lounge zum geniessen. Sehr gute Küche. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Tagesausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Lieben Dank an das ganze Team − Das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten......die Ferien gehen auch zu Ende

Estancia muy agradable con un desayuno estupendo + El desayuno que tenía productos locales y la limpieza. También el personal muy amable. − Que se escuchaba el ruido de los coches ya que el hotel está pegado a la carretera.

Great hotel , needs fans in the room. + The hotel is very pretty , awesome service and great breakfast. − A bit removed from the town , bus service is sometimes just once an hour , though its only a 15-18 minute walk. If the weather is warm like Europe is becoming now , the room has no fan and aircon , can get tough to sleep.

+ Room view was amazing, we enjoyed the balcony table a lot with an excellent view of the lake and the mountains. − I found the practice of assigning breakfast tables to specific room numbers strange. Why not to sit another table with a better view if they are plenty of free tables? During check-in, after seeing my Swiss address on the form the receptionist asked, “Do you live in Switzerland?” - although it was clearly written on the form. She then asked, “Do you speak some German?” We were speaking English and her English was perfectly good. These were the only two questions she asked, with no further conversation or friendly follow-up. The conversation ended there, she handed us our room cards and we left. I still wonder why the receptionist wanted to double check if i live in Switzerland and if yes, do i speak German? Was this her personal cruosity or a survey? Very welcoming (!) interaction
