+ La posizione centrale. Bagno bello e pulito (però mancava il tappettino) − La moquette sul pavimento ovunque! Sensazione ed odore proprio di polvere La colazione non ha uno spazio dedicato, ma una parte, per esempio le bevande, yogurt, ecc, è praticamente sul banco della reception. Con alcuni scalini per raggiungere poi i tavoli ed il resto del cibo. Mi è sembrato scomodo.

Buena elección. + Ubicación muy buena, personal muy amable. Desayuno bien, excepto zumos. Sin ruidos, ni vecinos ni calle. − Falta de armario, solo una barra con 4 perchas, no hay dónde dejar las cosas . Iluminación baja.

Un lugar centrico en Lausanne, con muy buen desayuno, pero poco comoda para descansar. + Lo mejor, el desayuno y la ubicacion, es muy buena, esta a dos calles de la catedral y es facil de llegar. Hay 2 formas de registrarse , via un modulo de autoatencion en la entrada #15, que es malisimo para el extranjero que no tiene conexion a internet. El detalle del chocolate a la entrada si es encantador. Conviene ingresar por la entrada con servicio de counter, que es pequeña, pero el personal muy amable. − Pedi una habitacion con 3 camas, y la habitacion era demasiado pequeña para 3 camas. La mesita muy pequeña, las camas no eran confortables. La relacion calidad precio no es buena, entiendo que los costos en Suiza son muy altos .

Buona struttura e in posizione strategica per visitare Losanna. + Posizione fantastica a 5 min di passeggiata dalla catttedrale. Convenzione con Indigo Parking Mon Repos, (comodissimo e ottimo parcheggio a 5 min di distanza a piedi) al 50% di sconto . 15€ invece dei soliti 30€ per 24h di sosta. Ottimo! Letto comodissimo. − Ho chiesto i biglietti gratuiti per i mezzi pubblici ma non mi è mai arrivata la mail.... comunque poi ho cambiato i programmi e in realtà non mi servivano più. Le parti comuni potevano essere più pulite... e la stanza che ho avuto (103) era al piano -1 rispetto alla reception che era situata a livello strada. Per una notte comunque nessun problema e la stanza era solo per dormire...per permanenze più lunghe chiedere una camera dal n. 200 in su :-)

Hotel staff responded to our emergency situation and ensured a pleasant stay. + The staff including reception management and housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating of our specific needs during our stay. We had a medical emergency at 4 a.m. and the on-call manager responded immediately and summoned emergency medical services for us. His actions helped us get the medical attention we needed in a timely manner. The hotel manager was very accommodating of our need to extend our stay until we were well enough to travel again. During this period, housekeeping was very attentive and respectful of our needs ensuring we had everything we needed for our comfort. Everyone on staff went out of their way for us during our very trying experience. As for the hotel, the room was large enough for our comfort and well-lighted in addition to a large window, the bedding was very comfortable, the television provided channels in several languages including English, the bathroom was large and mode…
