Séjour pas top. + Le spa − La chambre, à notre arrivée la carte ne fonctionne pas impossible de rentrer dans la chambre, en plus de travaux pas idéal pour se reposer, la ventilation une catastrophe, de la condensation dans la chambre, pas de bouchon dans la baignoire et pour couronner le tout pas d'eau chaude lors de notre départ.

Ein derartiges Hotel hat keine vier Sterne verdient. + Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, Bring-Holservice zum Bahnhof war auch kurzfristig möglich. − Frühstück umfangreich, allerdings war es schwierig Kaffee zu bekommen. Es war nur eine unaufmerksame Bedienung verfügbar. Um defekte Wasserhähne im Zimmer wurden sich nur nebensächlich gekümmert. Dieses führte dazu, dass während des Aufenthalts kein kaltes Wasser verfügbar war.

Relaxing stay for the whole family - especially with the spa included. + Nice, accommodating and very friendly staff. Matterhorn view from the room and near the hotel. Clean environment, satisfying breakfast and good housekeeping. Close to the main street/restaurants/train station. Excellent shuttle service. Mimo niedogodności spędziliśmy tam udany czas + Dobre położenie, ładny pokój z widokiem na Materhorn, czysto − Za oknem dźwig i plac budowy na sąsiedniej działce, a w samym obiekcie też był prowadzony remont o czym nas nie poinformowano. Od 7 rano był potworny hałas. Rowerownia nieczynna, sauna sucha nie zawsze była włączana, ekspres w pokoju nie działał

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel fahren. + Die Lage war super, aber auch die Sauberkeit und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett. Als ich da war, wurden Bauarbeiten am Hotel durchgeführt. Ich hatte Glück und konnte auf das Matterhorn schauen. Mein Balkon war nicht mit roten Netzen verhangen. Die Matratzen sind mega bequem. Man kann sich morgens schon einen Kaffee machen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch echt in Ordnung. Man kann sich jetzt nicht stundenlang darin aufhalten, aber um die müden Muskeln nach einer langen Wanderung zu entspannen, wirklich absolut angemessen. − Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Ich würde mir an Stelle des Eigentümers überlegen, ob ich die Gardinen so behalte, wie sie sind. Man klemmt sie immer in die Fenster ein, weil sie viel zu nah am Fenster angebracht sind. Und ich würde diese hellen Ledersofas entfernen.
