+ True historic elegance with modern upgrades and amenities! Everyone from the reception & concierge to the restaurant staff & alpine lounge team were fantastic! This hotel is at the top of my list of anywhere I’ve traveled!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. + Sehr sauber und alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Personal alle sehr freundlich. Für unseren Hund war ein Hundebett bereit was unser Hund gerne in Beschlag genommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich ist Hervorragend. − Es hat mich etwas gestört das beim Morgenessen alle 10 bis 20 Sekunden jemand gekommen ist um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Da möchte ich eigentlich meine ruhe haben zum essen. Viele Mitarbeiter konnten kein oder nur wenig Deutsch. Das Rührei beim Morgenbufet war nicht abgedeckt und meist nicht mehr warm.

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。１泊だけだったのでもう少しゆっくり過ごしたかったです。 + 部屋からの眺めがとてもきれいでした。 サウナ、プールも最高に良かったです。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。

+ The only downside of my stay was that it ruined every other hotel experience for me. I upgraded to a Junior Suite, and it exceeded every expectation. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. The concierge team was exceptional and went above and beyond to help with every request. The restaurants were equally outstanding, with excellent food and service throughout. This wasn’t just one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at it was the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.

+ nous avons été up gradé à notre plus grande surprise dans une catégorie juste au-dessus. l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, et le restaurant Péruvien - Asiatique était à la hauteur de nos attentes, comme l'ambiance au bar avec un pianiste sympathique. de la réception au transport de la navette, concierge...bref, nous garderons un excellent souvenir et l'envie d'y retourner. le SPA est également très agréable. − rien à signaler....si ce n'est que nous aurions dû rester un jour de plus!

Excelente !!!!! + Las instalaciones y la vista a las montañas y el lago. La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, sumado a la cálida y excelente atención del personal del hotel, siempre dispuestos a hacer de tu estadía lo mejor posible.
