Godt ophold med rigtig god morgenmad og hjælpsomt personale. + Hotellet ligger midt i byen og ikke langt fra togstationen. Man kan gå til begge kabinelifte i byen. Rigtig god morgenmad - vi kommer gerne igen

Das absolut perfekte verlängerte Weekend für uns - himmlisch :-) + Als erstes: Mega freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - absolutes Top Niveau - Gratulation an das gesamte Team :-) Zimmer / Hotel allgemein: Das Design ist der absolute "Hammer" - ich liebe Heinz Julens künstlerisches Schaffen / Design eh. Der SPA Bereich: Anders - erfrischend - ideenreich 👍🏻 Frühstück: Einfach sensationell was einem da geboten wird. Vom reichhaltigen und qualitativ hervorragendem Frühstücksbuffet bis zu den individuellen weiteren Angeboten wie Eierspeisen, Toast's, Omelett's etc. Lage: Super Zentral. Innert Minuten "überall in Zermatt". Kino "im Hause" (Untergeschoss), Lounge & Bar ebenfalls "im Hause" - vom feinsten :-) Wir hatten unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Matterhornblick - top − Alles war super 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen - alles Top.

Place to go für eine kurze Auszeit in den Bergen in Zermatt + Das Hotel ist optimal und zentral gelegen. Sowohl Bahnhof als auch Bergbahnen sowie Restaurants und Bars in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer geräumig und sehr stylisch eingerichtet mit schönem Balkon. Das Frühstück schön hergerichtet, grosszügig und lecker, zudem mit a la Carte-Wahl. Der Spa-Bereich ist einzigartig. Bei Bedarf kann man sich im Restaurant verpflegen und sodann noch in die Disco/das Kino im UG. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. − Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass wir wieder abreisen mussten.

Fabulous is a just small word + Best location right in Zermatt with Matterhorn views, most comfortable bed I’ve ever had, and rooms that are very nicely decorated. We got upgraded to a loft and it was stunning. The spa here is on another level — never seen anything like it. World class. But the people make it. Laura at the front desk was a super star, and the kitchen staff were so helpful and kind. I’ve never experienced customer service this high. Hats off to the entire hotel team! Can’t wait to come back to Zermatt. − No complaint

Tolles und gemütliches Ambiente mit lustiger Einrichtung + Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar einen Geburtstagstisch zum Frühstück geschmückt. Das Frühstück hatte reichlich Auswahl und war sehr lecker. − Dass es beim Lavabo kein Warmwasser gab.
