Degli standard dell’hotel il nostro appartamento aveva solo il prezzo. + Il pregio architettonico, la posizione, il personale, la prima colazione − Il nostro appartamento. Sono certo saremmo stati molto bene se non fossimo stati relegati in 5 in un appartamento asfittico, senza spazio per muoversi né per sistemare le proprie cose, all’interno di un parallelepipedo in cemento sul retro. Viene presentato come idoneo ad ospitare fino a sei persone, ma in più di tre si sta male.

Disappointing. + Several of the reception staff were helpful. The cheese fondue in the restaurant menu was really nice. − The cleaning and restaurant staff with a couple of exceptions were indifferent. The hotel seemed to be running on a skeleton staff and they took short cuts in cleaning and service.

Could have made better choice by staying somewhere else !! + Location of hotel is fantastic and saving grace - AC in suites and apartments ; Staff very courteous including Pier front desk manager who tried his best to support ! And that’s it … − Long list ..let’s start 1) Rooms unclean ; human hair on beds dirty 2) Short of housekeeping staff 3) Breakfast was limited to 3 main options ; spread was like a 2 star hotel 4) Iron are NOT provided in room , so you need to take your clothes to different floor in iron room for soft ironing yourself 5) In room dining option had only 3 choices 6) And if you order food like Omelette or Pancake in breakfast , it is extra charged even though you took suite with breakfast The hotel management needs to invest in upgrading their food options ; add more staff during peak seasons and ensure housekeeping does a better cleaning hygiene!

Okay but quite pricey! + Breakfast was great and really friendly staff! − The hotel was tired Rooms were okay, lighting was an issue and it lacked in plug sockets for charging (none by the side of beds)

+ החדר גדול מרווח ויפה. המיקום מצויין. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. יש מזגן בחדר וזה חשוב באוגוסט החם. − התארחנו במלון 3 לילות. ביום השלישי חזרנו קצת לפני 18 בערב והחדר לא היה נקי. היינו צריכים לבקש כמה פעמים שיגיעו להחליף לנו מגבות באמבטיה, כדי שנוכל להתקלח. בארוחת בוקר הצוות לא מתקשר עם האורחים. הצוות עובר ומפנה ועושה את עבודתו, אבל שום יחס לאורחים. באופן כללי הצוות לא חייכן וידידותי כמו בבתי מלון אחרים בהם התארחנו.

لايستحق الاجره للغرفة بالليلة + الموقع جيد − المبنى قديم والسعر الغالي جداً الفطور غير جيد وطلبت اومليت ابلغوني بمبلغ اضافي رغم انا فنادق العالم شامل الفطور

Mäßig, für den Preis + Es ist sauber und die Einrichtung relativ neu und hochwertig. − Die Minibar war durchgehen leer. Lediglich Leitungswasser in Flaschen abgefüllt vorhanden. Ein vom Hotel angebotenes Spezial Romantik Dinner, wurde gebucht, hat jedoch nicht stattgefunden! Man wurde Iediglich vertröstet und in normal Restaurant verfrachtete.

+ It was an okay stay overall. I liked the AC, and the location was convenient. − It was confusing moving between the new and old buildings, and the layout could be better explained. I also felt the room price was quite high, and the parking fees were expensive as well. The breakfast was average, with limited options, and some of the buffet items were missing labels/tags.
