This stay was a breeze + The experience from start to finish has been nothing but pleasant. The room was comfortable and most importantly clean! I love bedding and appreciate the slippers provided since I forgot mine. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Amazing Hotel + I’ve been to this hotel a few times for work and it never disappoints. The staff are amazing! The rooms are wonderful and the location is spectacle. The tram is a short walking distance to go downtown. The river is a stroll over to turn down. Coop is very close by for groceries.

Big fan of the property! + I had a really great experience and felt at home and taken care of in the lounge with Lea and at breakfast with Sarai. I’ve stayed many times and it’s one of my favorite properties in Zurich. Location is top tier as well.

Slick and neat, with unique customer service experience when we needed most + The hotel is attractive both inside and outside. It has also a great gym and wellness at the top floor. Rooms are large, with comfortable bathrooms, good air conditioning, and if you’re lucky you have a view of the city of Zurich. We arrived from England tired and stressed (not having a reservation) but their staff Panagiotis welcomed us in a reassuring insightful way, making us feel like royalty. Such an outstanding communicator dedicated to customers’ delight. Highly recommend!
