Stay was fine. + tub. Shower was good. Main building overall facility was nice with flowers, outdoor seating. I did not look at the pool facilities. Did not see any cleaning issues so all is well there. − TV was very dim. Wall light in bedroom very dim.

You get what you pay for! Value for money, compared to properties in Downtown Banff. + Good price for location. − Sofa Bed was not made/set up for the guest sleeping on it.

Comfortable room and excellent service + Our room was super spacious and comfortable, though like everywhere else in Banff, you definitely pay a premium. That said, the service was top-notch across the board! Check-in was seamless, and the shuttle was incredibly convenient—shoutout to our super friendly driver, Shane. Also, a huge thanks to Dexie at the restaurant for the lightning-fast service and delicious food. − To be fair, we basically just slept there and didn't touch the resort amenities, which definitely added to the feeling that it's overpriced

It was just ok. I think areas could be cleaner and more kept up. There were fans in the rooms but no real air circulatio + It offered bbq and picnic tables. I did not go to pool or gym. I did see also had basketball court, tennis and pickle ball. It was nice it was right off main path to town and bike path you can take to Canmore. − My area in front of room like Ike’s like it hadn’t been swept in a long time, the cleaning staff left the doors open for supplies all the time so I couldn’t sit on our little patio. I was on first floor. Room remodeled by everything seemed kinda old and bathroom caulk was all brown and cracked. Lotions and soaps in bathrooms were 1/3 full.Some of pots supplied for kitchenette were warped and hard to use. We were also across street from pool and spa area so didn’t want to run across street to use facilities.

Good location for Banff with good free shuttle bus into town where parking is a nightmare + The location a couple of miles outside Banff was great. They ran a free shuttle bus into town every hour. The staff were extremely pleasant and always cheerful and happy to chat. − The check-in was not good as we had to wait two hours for our room to be ready. In fairness the staff were very apologetic and gave us free drinks. The accommodation was adequate but all looked and felt rather tired. In need of a good spring clean especially outside our lodge

Wouldn't recommend and wont return. Feel ripped off. + Great 15 metre swimming pool. Pillows on the bed were great. − The units are old, outdated and cold. Cost of accommodation is absurd for what was presented. Not well maintained. The food in the restaurant was sub-standrard.

+ Leaving! − For the price we paid, over $700, it was stinky the carpets need replacing and the internet was horrible! The TV would cut in and out trying to find signals. I would not recommend. Many many upgrades are needed

Fabulous + Absolutely loved our stay at the Rocky Mountain Resort. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Loved the location and the room was so cozy − Nothing negative to say

+ There wasn't much we like but if I had to pick it would be the location. − Everything, the wifi was terrible, there were stains on the curtains and carpets. It smelled old, there were bugs on the floor, it seemed like there was mold growing on the bathroom mirror, it was an experience I never want to do again.
