Decent hotel but there are better options downtown Toronto. + Excellent gym and good location. − Loud music in the lobby is extremely annoying. Very small room.

We paid for 3 guests, we only were accomated for 2 guest. 2 water bottles, towels for 2. No fridge in the room for foo + Location − Elevators

− Very long lineup to check in. Missed breakfast…since when do you have to make reservations to eat breakfast! Will go back to staying at the King Edward instead.

séjour conforatble et reposant + Nous adorons cet endroit et l'ambiance qui y règne. Notre chambre était propre et confortable. Nous étions là pour un concert au Roger Center, donc l'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait, juste en face de la gare, pratique pour un séjour de courte durée − il y avait du bruit lorsque nous étions dans notre chambre mais nous ne pouvons pas dire d'où ça venait

Beautiful part of Canadian history + Great location. And excellent staff. − We didn't like the elevators. We had to find someone to help us figure them out. It shouldn't be that hard.

Overall a great experience! + Location directly next to union station made our trip extremely easy. Accommodating and friendly staff. − My room didn’t have a mini fridge to store food or leftovers. We were hoping to store food to come back to after being busy all day.

disapointing + the location and the bar − everything else - the room, the long corridors, the stairs from the street to the lobby, not being able to reach front desk and concierge by phone most of the times, long lines at check in and whenever we needed the front desk, one of the bell boys, at the vehicle drop off entrance being downright rude, the cramped bathroom
