Convenience place but pay high room charge with moderate hotel quality! + Close to train station, restaurant and supermarket − 1. Old. 2. Shower/ tap water pressure quite low. 3. 7-night stay, just change towel once. Price quite high.

Really bad. I have booked for two rooms four nights stay. I only stayed here for one night and checked out. All expenses − It’s not clean. There is blood dot in the bed sheets.

Mediocre + Location. − People at the reception were not welcoming upon approach.

+ Close to train. Great bed Parking Airport shuttle − Dirty bathroom with green slime in shower seals. Really grimy windows with a lot of bird poop on outside. Missing lightbulbs Floors not vacuumed Poor communication from front desk staff.

+ We got in at 1 am and were very happy with the bed as we needed to crash from a long days travel. − We wish that the free shuttle ran 24 hours as was advertised on booking. This needs to be updated. Also the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working but there was one in our room

+ Location − The hotel out of water from 10:AM until 9:30 PM , even with water but hot water is not available! This is unacceptable for a large hotel and should not be tolerated! Since we booked under a tour group and not sure how can we get refunds back to us. I also booked a day before the tour starts date as Sep 10 cost $318.00 so I am hoping that we can get refunds of full amount. Room 405

Disappointing + Free shuttle service from the airport. Complimentary coffee in foyer − Filthy bedding on both beds, didn't see it til we woke up in the morning 🤢 elevator stunk of vomit. Not the best location for a nice evening out, nothing but Chinese restaurants or fast food outlets, no bars or patio areas at all.

+ Location is perfect. Convenient for public transportation, there is a shopping centre just behind the hotel, many restaurants (mostly Asian food) and free coffee and water. − Room is not clean, carpet, window, telephone and room lights are not clean. Hotel lobby and room has uncomfortable smell. We waited for the airport shuttle bus for more than 1 hour (it should come every 30 minutes). I called the hotel and was told the bus was full and did not stop. We continued waiting for another 30 minutes and the bus did not come. I called the hotel again and was told to take a taxi and the hotel pays the fee. That’s was great that the hotel reimbursed the taxi fee, but they could have offered me much before. After more than 30 hours trip from overseas, we were so tired. The food at the restaurant was not good. I could not finish my food. And the restaurant was not clean. I don’t consider this hotel as 4 stars.
