Very comfortable stay. + Great water pressure when showering in my suite. Very good job in keeping the outdoor pool clean and dead insect free. − Some light bulbs in the suite were out and need a better job in making sure the snack bar is fully stocked before someone new checks in the suite or they may end up paying for that finished item that they never even touched during check out.

Home, away from home. + It’s a very very clean and convenient hotel. Front desk staff was wonderful and so was the food in the restaurant. It’s a 10/10 property for sure. Will definitely stay here next time as well. − It’s perfect.

+ Amazing location, clean, friendly staff. Cool bar. − Our room was very tight for 4 people. With the sofa bed pulled out, we could barely walk around the bed.

− Pas de machine Nespresso, alors qu'il y en a une au Pan Pacific Village juste en dessous, qui est deux fois moins cher ! Nous y avons dormi aussi !

Super locatie + Hele goede locatie midden in het centrum. − Onze verwarming/koeling werkte niet goed. Slaapkamer was daardoor erg benauwd. Op de slaapkamer was geen hor en de raam kon maar een klein stukje open.

It was nice to stay in the village and look about at the hill + Location is great. Nice view from the pool. − I did not realize we booked a Murphy bed room, so the bed was not that comfortable. There was very limited space as there was 2 adults and 2 kids. When the night bed and pullout couch was opened it was quite tight. The hotel staff was nice, however not overly friendly. The room cleaning was ok, seemed to clean different things each day, one day they cleaned the dishes next day they didn’t. One day they made the bed, one day they didn’t. The place is starting to look a little dated.

Lovely hotel location fab just a shame about the Dec + Location was superb . Room well equipped pool wonderful − Awful let down bed with suicide wooden rim around base . Not comfortable and odd
